The conditions applicable to private chauffeur services booked with Azur VTC Car.
Booking confirmation
A journey is confirmed only after Azur VTC Car has confirmed availability, the agreed fare and the booking details in writing. Please check the information in the confirmation and notify us promptly of any correction.
Fares
Fares are confirmed before booking, based on the route, date, time, vehicle category, passenger count, luggage and any requested additional service. Standard luggage and flight tracking are included where confirmed. Requests such as additional stops, special luggage, child seats, waiting time or a premium van are taken into account in the quote.
Arrival and waiting time
For airport collections, flight details should be provided when available so that the flight can be monitored. The meeting point and any included waiting time are confirmed with the booking. For other collections, any waiting time or change to the schedule may affect the service and is handled according to the confirmed booking.
Payment
Accepted payment method, payment timing and any deposit requirement are stated in the written booking confirmation or quote. A booking is not confirmed until the stated requirements have been met.
Changes and cancellations
Please request any change or cancellation as early as possible using the contact details below. Availability, revised fare, any cancellation charge and any applicable event-period condition are confirmed in writing for the specific booking.
Event periods and special requests
During major events, road closures, restricted access and limited vehicle availability may affect the itinerary. Azur VTC Car will confirm the most appropriate collection or drop-off point. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate passenger, luggage, address, flight and contact details.
Liability and complaints
Azur VTC Car provides the service described in the confirmed booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For a question or complaint, contact contact@azurvtcar.fr with the booking details so that the matter can be reviewed.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable law.
