The red-carpet screenings take place in the evening, with formal dress, and guests arrive in a steady flow that peaks in the hour before each screening.

For red-carpet nights, timing and presentation are everything. We pick you up at your hotel or villa, drive at a steady pace to the authorised drop-off, and allow enough margin for security checks. Gowns and tuxedos travel better in a spacious cabin, and we avoid sudden changes of route.

Daytime schedules: press, markets and meetings

Many guests come to Cannes to work. The film market, press screenings, junkets and meetings run all day, spread between the Palais, the hotels along the Croisette, the beach pavilions and offices in other parts of the city. Parties, villas and yacht events

Some of the most talked-about Festival events take place outside the centre: villa parties in the hills of Super Cannes and Mougins, dinners at Cap d'Antibes and gatherings on yachts in the harbour.
